Chop finely the onion and put it in a pan with 2 tablespoons of water and a bay leaf. Cook the onion over medium heat and, when the water is completely evaporated, add the oil. When the onion is browned, add the anchovy fillets into small pieces and let cook. Add the zucchini cut into slices and fry for about 5 minutes. Now lower theheat, add the tomato sauce and a chili pepper, salt and cook for at least 5 minutes. When zucchini slices are cooked, add the drained tuna and mix well. Let cook the sauce for a few minutes, then turn off the heat and let it warm. Cook the pasta “al dente” and toss in the pan with the sauce. Serve warm.
